Rude staff. Never ate there. The waitress was extremely rude and was clearly pissed that my boyfriend and I say ourselves because no one was at the front. When she came to take our order she was very rude and abrupt. We just walked up and left. Don't waste your time here!

Today we had the Pear & Gorgonzola salad with blackened chicken! It was awesome!!! I've eaten here many times and the food is always delicious!

Excellent food, great atmosphere. Live music was a nice touch. Lamb shank fell off the bone and was very tasty.

Have only been there once, but the food was great. I had the grilled corned beef and swiss sandwich, it was really yummy. My companion had the fish and chips...he made the superior choice. The fish was fresh cod and the batter was perfect. When we go back , I'll order this next time. Service was a little odd, we had a different person come to our table at each stage of our meal. Also, we sat outside but people were smoking that was a little unfun, and there was a table of (don't laugh) rowdy seniors next to us having a very LOUD conversation about criminal car mechanics. They hung out forever! It would have been nice to have a little quiet. Anyway, the food was yummy and they did have some authentic Irish dishes (haven't seen boxties on a menu since Galway), so that's a good sign. Prices were reasonable and they had a decent selection of beers on draft. I believe they also have live music on weekends. I hope to go check that out soon... Pros: good food, authentic Irish selections Cons: they upcharged me to switch my fries to a salad, odd style of service

Being from Port St Lucie, we had always wanted to try Paddy Mac's as we both love Irish and British Pubs. We showed up as soon as the doors opened and our first impressions were excellent upon walking in the doors. We were immediately greeted by staff who were busy prepping for the lunch time rush. The atmosphere had that rustic feel and the pub like appeal. The menu had all of my pub favorites - Shepherds Pie, Cottage Pie, Bangers and Mash, Corned Beef, the Irish Breakfast, Fish and Chips and of course my favorite Irish lager Harp was on tap. My only problem was I wanted to try it all! My wife and son ordered a buffalo chicken wrap which was a lunch special while I went with the Irish Breakfast partnered with an ice cold Harp. Both my wife and son absolutely enjoyed the wraps - the flavor combination was excellent and they were very fresh tasting. My Irish Breakfast was spot on with the sausage, rasher and the black pudding. Overall the food was beyond excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and regularly checked on us to ensure we had fresh drinks. The only negative for me is that we live in Port St Lucie and can't enjoy Paddy Mac's on a regular basis. If Paddy Mac's was in Port St Lucie it would definitely be a regularly visited restaurant. If you're looking for that Irish appeal with a pub classic menu you can't go wrong with Paddy Mac's!

Friendly staff and very good food...I had the chicken Tipperary which was delicious. My husband had some very good corned beef. And my almost 2 year old absolutely loved the Mac & cheese.

This place is warm and friendly from the minute you walk in (welcomed & briefly chatted up by a manager) and we had a great dinner here with friends that are regulars. We started with their "Pint of Sausages" served with two homemade mustard's. Great snap to the skin and absolutely delicious. Their menu mentions that sausages are made in-house. That's enough for me to go with their Bangers and mash next time. My wife and I shared the Irish Cottage Pie, hot and served in a cast iron pan, and crispy fish and chips. Both were large and excellent. Along with a Guinness served with a perfect creamy head it was a great meal and something different for a nice change. We'll be back.

Love this place!! Love the food and the service. The lamb and shepherd pie was amazing!!! The lamb was melt in your mouth close your eyes and enjoy yummy. Wish I could give them more stars. Did I say I love the service? I felt like every need was attended to and my table was cleared of junk the whole night. Where can you go where ALL the staff are so friendly and helpful and amazing! You almost feel like you're at home. If you are near by this is a have to stop by and try them out.

I Was very impressed. Being in town for work I was looking for a place to go eat and read a magazine and watch some sports on the big screen. Here is the thing, I can't drink but I love going to pubs for the food and atmosphere. My server, very happy smiling Irish fellow, didn't look twice when I ordered a diet pop (you wouldn't believe all the dirty looks I sometimes get for this) and brought me a great burger and refilled my drink without asking. If you're in town and looking for a happy, friendly place to get some good pub food and chill out don't hesitate to got to Paddy Mac's. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

My family and I arrived at Paddy Macs at 5 pm on July 19th, 2015 for the Pig Roast and music by Tom Foolery. The atmosphere was one of the best for authentic Irish Cuisine and atmosphere. But on this date there was a theme. This theme was a REAL Pig Roast. We drove 45 minutes from north of Palm Beach - and it was well worth it! The collard greens were superb, the black beans and rice was scrumptious, the rolls were fresh - but DAMN - that pork melted in our mouths. It was professionally served on a buffet line by chefs, the pork was professionally smoked - and one thing I love is smoked beef and pork. Management was extremely thoughtful and checked in on is to assure we were happy - that alone is priceless. I noticed they do this roughly once or twice a year - we will be back each time and now will keep a lookout for their other themed Sunday's - if they are just as good as this pig roast - well, how can we lose? Wonderful job.

Eating dinner here right now....And so far, excellent! Galway Bay Chowder was good, the scones delish, and the Irish Cottage Pie...fab. Topped it all off with a Smithwicks draft (natch) and some great service. Good crowd (a lot of repeat locals) and pleasant pub decor. A good recipe for success....along with the very pleasant (and VERY Irish host)! Looking forward to coming back next week!

The food was amazing. I ordered the lamb shanks with mash and veggies. The lamb was amazing & it fell off the bone. My friend ordered the shepherds pie and it was really yummy. My daughter ordered the coconut shrimp which she was very happy with. The service was wonderful overall.

Decided to check out this little place once I saw their 3 Nut Crusted Dolphin. I ordered the Bahamian Conch fritters and Dolphin fingers. The conch fritters were delicious, their jalapeño sauce was sweet and not too spicy which completed the fritter well. The dolphin fingers were good but definitely recommend the conch fritters instead. As an entree, I ordered the 3 Nut crusted dolphin which was the reason i chose the restaurant with quinoa and vegetables. The dolphin tasted fresh and the breading was delicious. The quinoa came with a fruit salad type of dressing which was amazing. I am planning on come back to this place more often.

The cheese bites are very good, but the corned beef in my sandwich was grissly and fatty, and the irish shepherd's pie had little taste. It does, however, have a really cool Irish ambiance.

Had a great time Friday night. Lots of laughter and dancing. Server had an Irish accent, which was nice to here. Live band " The Kinected" great! If you're wanting to have a low key night with friends and listen to live music, this is the spot.

Went in with a group of 13 on a Saturday night and, unlike some other nearby establishment, we were welcomed and seated right away. Our server was hilarious and engaging and the band was taking our requests. Drinks were cold. Late night menu was a little odd. Excellent atmosphere, very relaxed, very welcoming. Best bar in the area.

Loved the vibe here. Kill Billies were playing folk music which added to the enjoyment. Unfortunately the Magner's tap blew and they didn't have another. Big bummer. Great place though!

Great. Irish Pub....best in several categories: drinks, food, friendly staff, atmosphere and consistency. I have been coming to Cardinal spring training for 15 years and this is the first place I go.....and the last place before heading back north

Came by here on new years eve to have a Guiness as we were walking around, I'm always on the hunt for good Guiness, and surprisingly this was pretty solid and well poured. The place is nice for being in a strip mall with nice pots and vegaitation in the outside area. The decor inside is solid irish pub, wish I had the food versus just drinking. Everyone working there was pure irish with accent. The clientelle were all really old, but that's what happens once you get to this area. Great staff, great beers.

It's been several months since we were here. It isn't that anything was terrible, it's simply that nothing was compelling. We came away with the same feeling...nothing terrible, just not that great. It could be the dark worn look of the place. However, there was a decent crowd both inside and outside, and everyone was chatting and laughing...always a good sign. We had one drink each, my wife had the shepherd pie and I had steak tips and mushroom pie. Our meals were tasty and we did enjoy it. Service was professional and attentive. Our bill came to $48 pre tip, which seems reasonable.

The food was excellent and it had a fun atmosphere. Had the three course special. Soup was refreshing and the filet was cooked perfectly! The food was much better than i expected and our server Liam was really cool with a great personality and was attentive. It was my first time and i will def come back! They also have two size options for many dished which i like.

Interesting pub service great but not enough help if busy, acoustics , noisy but ok, reasonable prices, good food, plenty parking. To me this place ain't broke so it needs no fixen. This is kinda place you have to try and decide how you like it or not. We like it.

I can't say enough about how much I love this place. If you absolutely have to have fantastic food, extremely friendly service, and great music, this is the place to be. Edel is the bar manager and she's about as knowledgeable and friendly as could be. As is the rest of the staff. They always line up the very best bands. the Kill Billies are my favorite. They typically come once or twice a month. But always check their web calendar because it lists the upcoming acts. Food wise, I love some of their traditional dishes. Bangers and Mash is by far my favorite. They have a clam chowder which is made fresh and out of this world. Trust me I'm from Boston. Apart from those, you get a basket of fresh baked raisin scones as an appetizer. Also not to be missed! Either way its always a place for great food, great music, and a great atmosphere!

This restaurant had the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been too. A couple highlights: the waitress never said hello, she didn't allow one of our table members to choose her dessert for the "20 dollar deal" instead when we asked about the dessert she said "she already got one". No she had not "got one". She had the worst expression on her face the whole meal. The vibe was very awkward. I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was okay at best.

This place is AWESOME! My husband and I recently moved to Palm Beach Gardens, and tonight was our first time going to Paddy Mac's. We ate outside, and the atmosphere was very nice. The service was friendly and attentive as well. The food is so good! We got an appetizer of corned beef, cabbage, and Swiss fritters. There was a nice sauce to go with them as well. My husband ordered "Bangers and Mash", which came with 3 homemade sausages, a nice portion of mashed potatoes, and cooked vegetables. A homemade mustard sauce was also provided. He loved it all, and his plate was empty. I ordered the "Irish Cottage Pie", which was served in a personal skillet. It contained ground beef, vegetables, and seasonings beneath a big bed of mashed potatoes. A nice gravy/sauce was formed in the bottom layer of food. It was so good, and I have some leftovers to enjoy later! Lastly, we ordered some dessert. We got 3 "dessert tasters", which are tiny desserts about the size of a shot glass. We got the bread pudding, "fudgie wudgie" (like a mini brownie sundae), and peanut butter pie. They were all good, but our favorite was the peanut butter pie. Wow. It was amazing! I definitely recommend it! (Also, we found out that they can serve the peanut butter pie in a regular-sized slice form, but it is not listed on the dessert menu. We will likely get that sometime when we go there for dessert.) We highly recommend Paddy Mac's for anyone who enjoys food with great flavors!

Yummm! Fish and chips FTW! This is a really cool Irish pub in West Palm Beach. There are restaurant options galore here, but everywhere had a huge wait and this place didn't. It's located in the back of a strip mall so maybe that's why it's not as busy on a Friday evening. Either way, it worked for me. We only had to wait about ten minutes... the bar area looked lively and fun, so grab a drink there if you have to wait! Tons of happy people throwing back beer and other concoctions. I ordered fish and chips because I've been craving it all week for whatever reason, and it didn't disappoint at ALL! You can have a regular size portion or the small, and the small was more than enough. It came with a huge piece of white fish and really great fries... it also was served with a cole slaw and tartar sauce. It was hearty as hell but the portion size balanced it all out nicely. I was full afterwards but wasn't tempted to keep eating because there wasn't too much food on my plate! Funny how that works. Brilliant, I tell you! The docking of a star is because of the service. Our waitress would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time and we were just left there waiting, and my captain & diet (it's been one of those days) sat empty for entirely too long. As we were leaving, the band was setting up, and they were incredibly loud for the size of the place -- something to consider if you want to have some conversation with your dinner. This place is fun, the menu is authentic, and the food comes out the way it should. Go get yourself some fish & chips!

Recently when in WPB we went to visit Paddy Mac's for dinner and had an excellent meal prepared by Chef Jimmy Brown while there. Let's start with the simple. The beer Smithwick's was cold and tasty, served up by the famous Adel; a beautiful bartender offering great customer service and speed. During the course of our meal we were served by Riley who did an excellent job at keeping up with us in the dining room. Making sure our drinks stayed full and that we loved every bite we took. At the beginning of our meal Chef Jimmy Brown came out of the kitchen to welcome us there and make a few recommendations on what to order. I've known the chef for quite a while considering we were roommates in college and I can tell you that his culinary skills have came a long ways since burning boxed mac n' cheese back in the day. He is one damn good cook these days. For started we ordered the coconut shrimp and conch fritters which were a delightful start to our meal. Also we were served pop up muffins that screamed slap some button on me and eat me. For the main course I ordered the Filet and my fiance got the Chicken Pot Pie. Both of these were excellent choices as each were cooked just right for us. And the sides with my steak included garlic mashed potatoes and mixed veggies that were seasoned to perfection. After all that we did not have room for dessert, but Paddy Mac's offers shot glasses of desserts so we figured we'd give it a try. The dessert was just the topping we needed to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings. The decor of the restaurant was nice and simplistic, the service was out of this world wonderful, the food was excellent, and the live music was good. I'll certainly visit Paddy's again when I'm in town.

One of my favorite places around. Great staff that always remembers your name. Authentic Irish cuisine at a reasonable price. Not good but great live music on the weekends. This is my "go to" spot that offers a fun filled night of dinner, drinks and entertainment without leaving the Gardens area.

Saturday, July 14, 2012 We (I) got off to great start by talking on the phone with Ann, one of the owners, with an lilting Irish brogue. I am some Irish blood in me and have never visited the Emerald Isle. Upon arrival Ashley met us and ensured we got a large booth for the four of us. Warm greeting. That experience was equaled or even topped by our waiter, Justin. He's a pro and provided flawless service. We ordered off the summer value menu just so you know. My wife had the signature Shepherd's Pie and I opted for the small Maine lobster already cracked and ready to eat. Yummy and satisfying. Might be too small for hearty eaters. My wife was not as delighted though her good, like mine, was served promptly and hot. The next day I enjoyed an encore of the Shepherd's Pie, which my wife felt lacked veggies and potatoes. All in all a great experience with live music, though not Irish songs. We shall return. Thank you Ann, Ashley and excellent server person, Justin.

Best place around to get a well-served pint. The owner and his staff are first-rate. When the owner makes it a point to ask how everything is - every time - you know he cares. This attitude transfers to every employee -they're all incredible, sincere, and professional. The food is very good - only one or two exceptions (and they're minor) keep this from getting 5 stars. Fish and chips are outstanding, as is the salmon boxty (an Irish potato pancake dish with a generous amount of smoked salmon). Also recommended are any lamb or steak dishes that taste as good as they sound on the menu. Burgers and sandwiches are very good. Corned beef and cabbage soup is excellent. Everything is always consistently well-prepared, and even with the smaller portion options, there's rarely enough room for dessert. This is also one of the few places in Florida that knows how to make a proper Irish Coffee - homemade whipped cream, Jamesons, sugar, and good coffee...nothing else. Its a regular spot in our rotation, and it will likely remain so.

Really enjoyed it. It was a slow night. Adel the bartender was awesome. freindly and down to earth she made me feel like a regular. Had the fish dip app and really enjoyed paring it with a cracker and a slice of jalapeño pepper on it. (there are other choices on the plate too)/ For dinner I had the special rack of lamb. It was cooked perfect and the mint sauce was awesome (not to heavy). I will be back in town in Febuary and will come back here for sure.

Great atmosphere, live music Saturday night. Food was very good and fresh. Soda bread was wonderful. I recommend the lamb shank. Sauce is great and meat falls off the bone. I will come back again.
